Jam Solina

Jam is the Credit Support Associate at Situate Finance. He supports the team across many stages of the credit application process. From completing internal preliminary assessments alongside our Advisors, lender shortlisting, and assisting with other important items including pricing structuring and valuation requests. Jam also liaises with our lender Business Development Managers, Bankers, and Credit assessment teams in progressing an application from initial due diligence stage all the way through to a subsequent formal approval - playing a key role in achieving strong credit outcomes for our clients.

His proactive approach ensures a seamless experience for clients while driving efficiency at every stage. Outside of work, Jam has a keen interest in the inner workings of music, gaming, technology, and collecting die-cast model cars. His appreciation for detail and craftsmanship is reflected in both his hobbies and his professional approach to client service.
